Photography for real moments,
not algorithms.
We started PICAPP with a conviction: the best memories don't happen on public feeds. They happen around campfires, at sunset overlooks, in crowded diners, and on spontaneous road trips.
Shot on PICAPP • Portra Color Tuning
Trapped in social apps
Every photo app forced your memories into an endless ad scroll or crushed the original resolution through messaging apps. We wanted an unadulterated photo experience that respects your art.
Local mesh technology
Our peer-to-peer radio mesh establishes a direct wireless handshake between nearby phones. No towers, no internet, zero compression.
What We Stand For
Three core commitments at the heart of everything we build.
Offline Freedom
Connect and swap full-res photo galleries with friends standing next to you, whether you're at a festival or 10,000 feet in the mountains.
Film-Grade Optics
Curated analog color grading mimicking Kodak Portra 400 and classic 35mm film grain, calibrated for skin tones and golden sunlight.
Uncompressed Cloud
When you share online, photos upload in raw 48MP resolution with live shared albums, so no memory loses its depth or fidelity.
PICAPP is designed for humans who want to stay present in life, while still having breathtaking photos to hold onto forever.
