1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the PICAPP application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.
2. User Content & Full Ownership
You retain all copyright, ownership, and moral rights to every photograph, video, and piece of media you capture, edit, or share using PICAPP:
- We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.
- We do not use your photographs for promotional materials or machine learning training without express written consent.
- You grant PICAPP only the limited technical license necessary to display, encrypt, and transmit your media to your designated recipients.
3. Offline Peer-to-Peer Usage
You agree not to manipulate, reverse engineer, or deploy malicious protocols through the PICAPP local radio mesh network. You are responsible for ensuring that file transfers to nearby devices comply with local privacy and copyright laws.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You may not use PICAPP to distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material. Any violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension of cloud album privileges and access to the software.
